Project Manager


Our project managers are the hub across all disciplines in the agency from inception of the project through final execution. Project managers are creative problem solvers who can anticipate project needs and think on their toes. You will need to be able to deliver a wide variety of projects on time and on budget, even when changes are being made faster than you can hit "save" on your computer. 

This retail-focused, client-embedded role will collaborate hands-on with our client team in Mountain View, California on behalf of the agency team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Project manager is responsible for the efficient management of agency project workflow from project briefing to in-store and online execution. Being based with the client team in California, the ideal candidate will need to be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills.  They will also need to have a strong creative eye, a proven ability to build and adapt processes and the aptitude to quickly master brand guidelines and toolkits.

  • Based in Mountain View, CA
  • Act as day-to-day management and communication hub on a multitude of retail-specific projects from print to digital to in-store fixtures
  • Act as a client-embedded liaison between our internal teams and the client team
  • Act as a true partner to the creative team and the client team to ensure they’re on task and informed, and that all creative resources are in alignment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment while adapting to project change
  • Develop and maintain schedules for all creative deliverables, enforcing deadlines both internally and externally with an overall strong sense of urgency, humor and empathy
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other disciplines – both internally and externally – across all of Periscope’s fully-integrated capabilities
  • Help lead weekly project check-in meetings with agency, client and production teams
  • Proactively update project catalog, ensuring all projects have complete and accurate information according to product launch strategy
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to meet the ever-changing needs of the agency


  • Five - ten years of integrated project management experience in an agency setting is a must
  • Retail specific experience is a must
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and project management methodologies. Workfront experience is a definite plus
  • Proficiency in utilizing G Suite products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Forms, Calendar, Hangouts, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
  • Ability to construct workable solutions when presented with fluctuating priorities and multiple points of view
  • Experience working independently a plus
