ABOUT THE GIG

This role analyzes media and response data  to measure campaigns, test & learn what is successful, generate new insights related to customers’ behaviors and recommend marketing strategies to improve our clients’ business results.

  • Perform quantitative analyses of media campaigns to get meaningful insights and improve clients’ marketing strategy.
  • Access appropriate data sources and manipulate data to carry out methodologies to analyze campaign, customer, market and/or transaction level data sets.
  • Use Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Adobe Analytics and other tools to analyze website, media and social media performance.
  • Communicate clearly with manager, client project leaders, and other analysts to thoroughly understand client’s needs, analyze data appropriately and deliver the work products to client’s satisfaction.
  • Work with Media and Strategy teams to develop campaign elements including test design, market/customer targeting criteria, and measurement plans for analyses.
  • Design marketing metrics reports and management dashboards for multiple client accounts using data visualization.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or quantitative related field.  Master’s degree a plus
  • Ability to interpret large and complex marketing datasets for general analyses for different audience types
  • Experience using SQL, SAS preferred
  • Data visualization (Tableau proficiency preferred)
  • Understanding of digital media tactics including display, programmatic, paid search and paid social
  • Proficient in Excel (VBA a plus)
  • Experience with planning and executing data for online and offline marketing campaigns, including list acquisition, test design, audience selections, and model score applications is preferred.
