Integrated Creative Producer - Digital

The Digital Producer will lead the production planning and efficient execution of creative digital projects with internal clients and outside vendors.


Digital Production:

  • Integrated production experience (digital/video/audio) 
  • Strong knowledge of design and the creative process 
  • Desire to create and manage highly compelling interactive experiences
  • Strong passion and understanding of digital technology, trends and emerging technologies
  • Responsible for maintaining project budget and timelines as well as insuring quality of final deliverables
  • Schedule and lead team project meetings as the digital stakeholder
  • Ability to work closely with creatives to help define, craft and evolve ideas 
  • Excellent understanding of user experience and information architecture 
  • Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills 
  • Calm and adaptable while managing complex projects and moving parts 
  • Develop production plans and proposals for upcoming digital projects
  • Work closely with Periscope’s project management and Connected Experiences group 
  • Work on multiple, concurrent projects that may vary in size and scope
  • Enforce internal processes to ensure efficiencies and productivity

Purchasing and Sourcing:

  • Manage third-party vendors
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Solicit competitive quotes and select vendors as needed to complete projects
  • Review and approve invoices and reconcile discrepancies between quoted and invoiced amounts


  • Bring fresh production ideas to the team and/or project
  • Notify department director and project teams of problems affecting quality, delivery or budgets
  • Support team with timely and effective communication
  • Develop rapport with clients, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise
  • Establish effective relationships across Periscope multidisciplinary teams


  • Related experience with broadcast and/or experiential production a plus
  • Experience in vendor negotiation and management 
  • Desire to learn, be continually challenged and grow 
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations with effective results
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organized, yet flexible
  • Ability to deal with complex situations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly

  • Ability to travel, approximately 10% of the time


  • 2-4 years experience in digital production within an advertising environment or related field
  • B.A. degree and/or work experience with emphasis in marketing and advertising
