Experiential Producer

The Experiential Producer will address the needs of external and internal clients with ongoing production planning, cost control, communication and execution for both projects and proposals.



Project Management and Event Activation

  • Develop production plans for upcoming projects
  • Prepare estimates, production schedules and timelines
  • Manage multiple projects and project elements, including activation, staff management, and post-project recap reports
  • Provide production insight in guiding internal teams across Periscope to meet client goals
  • Enforce internal processes to ensure efficiencies and productivity
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Periscope’s capabilities
  • Provide clear understanding of project billings, revenue and recovery              


  • Manage third-party vendors
  • Solicit competitive quotes and select vendors as needed to complete projects
  • Review invoices and reconcile discrepancies between quoted and invoiced amounts


  • Notify producers and account management of problems affecting quality, delivery or budgets
  • Support team with timely and effective communication
  • Develop rapport with clients, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise
  • Bring fresh production ideas to the team and/or project
  • Establish effective relationships across Periscope multidisciplinary teams


  • Adhere to Periscope policies and procedures as outlined in the Periscope Handbook
  • Maintain high level of professionalism in all internal and external communication including e-mail and voice mail correspondence, etc.
  • Create and maintain job numbers, quotes, reference materials and project collateral
  • Record expenses and billable time completely and accurately on a weekly basis
  • Perform other duties from time to time to meet the changing needs of the agency
