Experiential/Events Producer

We're looking for an Experiential/Events Producer to join our team! The Experiential/Events Producer will address the needs of external and internal clients with ongoing production planning, cost control, communication and execution for both projects and proposals. Comprehensive event planning and production experience is strongly preferred for this role.


Project and Event Activation

  • Develop production plans for upcoming projects
  • Prepare estimates, production schedules and timelines
  • Manage multiple projects and project elements, including activation, staff management, success and ROI metrics, and post-project recap reports
  • Oversee project coordinators and associate producers as assigned to each project, delegating work as needed
  • Schedule and lead team project meetings
  • Provide production insight in guiding internal teams across Periscope to meet client goals
  • Ability to assist with account executive role on projects as needed
  • Enforce internal processes to ensure efficiencies and productivity
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Periscope’s capabilities
  • Provide clear understanding of project billings, revenue and recovery

Purchasing and Sourcing

  • Manage third-party vendors
  • Solicit competitive quotes and select vendors as needed to complete projects
  • Review and approve invoices and reconcile discrepancies between quoted and invoiced amounts
  • Communication
  • Notify project team of problems affecting quality, delivery or budgets
  • Support team with timely and effective communication
  • Develop rapport with clients, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise
  • Bring fresh production ideas to the team and/or project
  • Establish effective relationships across Periscope multidisciplinary teams


  • Maintain high level of professionalism in all internal and external communication including e-mail and voicemail correspondence, etc.
  • Record expenses and billable time completely and accurately on a weekly basis
  • Perform other duties from time to time to meet the changing needs of the agency

  • 3+ years’ experience in event marketing, event production, advertising or related field
  • B.A. degree or equivalent, and/or work experience, with emphasis in marketing, public relations or business management
