Senior Project Manager

We’re in the hunt for a Sr. Project Manager to join our team – if you’re a critical thinker, creative problem-solver, proactive communicator, bold asker of the right questions and promoter of positivity, you could be just the person we’re looking for.



  • Have been working in an advertising agency environment for a minimum of 8 years
  • Fluent in the language of print advertising, with in-depth experience from concepting to final production
  • Capable of working across all media channels
  • Previously or currently managing other PMs (either formally or informally)
  • Fast, organized, cool under pressure and always thinking several steps ahead
  • Demonstrates the ability to make the right call even when there isn’t a precedent
  • A natural at infusing collaboration and supportiveness into all interactions
  • An effective mentor, keeping an eye out for opportunities to help guide others
  • Knows how to impart a sense of urgency when needed, while remaining unflappable
  • Maintains optimism and motivates in tough situations
  • Keep the “what ifs” in mind at all times and have top notch solutions at-the-ready
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to learn new things around every corner


  • Manage multiple projects – own the assignment, manage the plan, power the team – juggling a high volume of work on frequently short deadlines
  • Schedule and attend internal team meetings for projects: kickoff, internal briefing, internal creative review, status and pre-production as needed
  • Create project estimates, collaborating with other internal team members as needed to pull pricing together, and communicate costs to the team
  • Develop and manage the timeline throughout the life of a project
  • Manage and enforce deadlines with a sense of urgency, priority and humor
  • Nurture, manage and rally colleagues to deliver better results; bring order to chaos
  • Understand what problems could affect quality, timing or budgets and know when to notify the team
  • Facilitate open, timely and effective communication amongst team members


  • College graduate – B.A. or equivalent education and/or work experience
  • Agency experience required
  • At least 8 years of experience working with cross-functional teams for projects of all scopes, from the highly strategic to volume-based production
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and work
